Membership - $495.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Principal Membership is extended to any individual employed by an organization whose primary business is a) the development, ownership, management or investment in industrial, office, or mixed-use commercial real estate or b) providing professional service to the commercial real estate industry, including but not limited to such fields as architecture, accounting, law, engineering, and consulting. A BOMA Tallahassee Principal Membership confers BOMA Florida and BOMA International affiliation. $495

Membership + Luncheons - $675.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Membership + Luncheons is extended to any individual employed by an organization whose primary business is a) the development, ownership, management or investment in industrial, office, or mixed-use commercial real estate or b) providing professional service to the commercial real estate industry, including but not limited to such fields as architecture, accounting, law, engineering, and consulting. It also allows the member to attend 1 luncheon per month without incurring any additional expense. A BOMA Tallahassee Membership + Luncheons confers BOMA Florida and BOMA International affiliation.
