Lee has over 40 years elevator experience in the elevator industry as an installer, maintenance mechanic, AHJ elevator inspector, Engineer III for the Florida Bureau of Elevator Safety, (supervising all State Elevator Inspectors and making all elevator code interpretations for the State), and a private third-party elevator inspector and Partner in an elevator inspection and consulting firm.
Lee is a Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI), is a member of many national professional organizations, and is an approved continuing education provider for nationally certified elevator inspectors (CEI), elevator technicians, Fire Authorities, and CAM certified property managers.
